The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that a school voucher program in Milwaukee is constitutional. The 4-2 ruling, which overturned an appeals court decision, allows as many as 15,000 students to attend religious schools at taxpayer expense. Voucher supporters hailed the ruling as an important development for school choice, while opponents said they would appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.
