Two Soviet judges of the district court of Krasnoyask. Zolotov and Yablokov, were dismissed today from their posts as a result of an investigation instituted on the complaint of Shusman, assistant prosecutor of the court.

In a letter published in the local paper, Shusman declared that he could no longer stand the persecutions he suffered at the hands of the presiding judge, Yablokov, and his associates, including Zolotov.

The investigation is being continued against Judge Matson, and Advocate Kalenin, who, Shusman charged, demanded that he misapply his judicial functions, threatening him with revenge when he refused to join their conspiracy.

A number of anti-Semitic workers in the sugar factory of Brailov were sentenced for persecuting a Jewish worker. Terms of from one to three years imprisonment were imposed upon them by the district court of Vinitza.
