U.S. Agrees to Join Britain and France in New Suez Plan

The U. S. has agreed to join Britain and France in setting up an international association to protect the rights of users of the Suez Canal.

A State Department press spokesman would provide no additional information on the plan and referred all questions to Secretary of State Dulles who will hold a press conference tomorrow.
