U.S. prosecutors decided not to file charges against President Clinton for his decision to grant clemency to four Chasidic men just before leaving office. The case involved four men convicted of bilking the government out of tens of millions of dollars. All four lived in New Square, a Chasidic town in New York that voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton when she ran successfully for a U.S. senate seat two years ago.
