The executive committee of UNESCO will deliberate here Thursday of the question of admitting the Palestine Liberation Organization to the organization as an observer. Political analysts are predicting that the line-up of countries in the UNESCO vote will mirror the predicted majority which is forming in the United Nations General Assembly to sponsor the admission of the PLO. The Israeli delegation to UNESCO is strongly opposing the resolution.
