Emil Sandstroem, chairman of the United Nations special Committee on Palestine, today received H.A. Goodman, political secretary of the Agudas Israel, who proposed that Britain substantially increase the number of Palestine immigration certificates which it grants the Jews until the U.N. reaches ## final decision. Afterwards, Goodman reported that Sandstroom would probably sound but the British Government on the proposal.
