Edward Kennedy (D.Mass.) in a recent USSR visit was promised would receive exit visas have now been officially told they could emigrate.
The are refusniks Boris and Natasha Katz, whose ill daughter Jessica became an international cause celebre, Leonid Menes, Evgeny and Olga Kozhevnikov, and Edward and Galina Nizhnikov. Additionally, Kiev activist Vladimir Gertsberg and Kishinev refusnik Anatoly Shtarkman were granted exit visas to Israel.
