The charge that the German Nazis are busy fomenting anti-Jewish agitation in Palestine, in cooperation with the Mufti and with the former mayor of Jerusalem, Ragheb Bey Nashashibia, is made today in the Osservatore Romano, the official organ of the Vatican.
A special article deals with the increased anti-Jewish propaganda in Palestine which is now disturbing the Palestine government and because of which two Arab newspapers were suspended for three months each a few days ago.
“There is no doubt that Nashashibi, the Mufti and Nazis from Germany are behind this entire agitation,” the Papal organ states.
