The Jewish Conciliation Court of America, which is considered a clearing house for personal and public problems that cannot be solved either through the general courts or public institutions, at its annual meeting today re-elected Dr. Israel Goldstein as president for his 15th term. Mrs. Rebekah Kohut, Judge Jacob Panken and Dr. Moses Hyamson were elected vice-presidents.
The annual report presented to the meeting pointed out that problems of adjustment to new war conditions brought more persons before the Jewish Conciliation court in 1942 than ever before. On the other hand there have been less cases of non-support of parents by their children or wives by their husbands, because of the improvement in the economic conditions of the workers.
