Felix M. Warburg expressed satisfaction today with the outcome of the Council for German Jewry deliberations which he attended together with other American Jewish Leaders. The council adopted a $2,500,000 budget covering emigration and retraining activities in behalf of Jews in Germany which it is coordinating.
