The Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party in the part of White Russia, which is affiliated with Soviet Russia, has passed resolution granting recognition to the languages of all the national minorities, including the Yiddish language.
Another resolution of the Committee was to the effect that in places where the population is exclusively Jewish, Jewish Soviets be elected.
