Dr. Wolff Freudenthal, otologist and laryngologist, and former member of the Jewish Academy of Arts and Sciences has succumbed after an illness of pnuemonia, complicated by injuries he received on March 10 when he was thrown by a horse and buggy. He was 71 years old.
Dr. Freudenthal, who for forty years was one of the foremost throat specialists in America, was born in Hohensauch, Prussia, and received his education in Germany. He was actively connected with the German Polyclinic Hospital in New York, and served on the staffs of the Montefiore and St. Marks hospitals.
