Zionists Expect Improvement in Palestine Immigration

Early improvement in the political position of the Jews in Palestine is expected by Zionist Executive here, who it is stated, have been informed by the British Government that a number of the Zionists’ grievances were being acted upon favorably.

Acting on the resolutions of the Greater Actions Committee, the Zionist Executive has initiated the necessary measures to bring to the attention of the Government the political demands formulated at the recent meeting. These include the complaints raised by the National Council of Palestine Jews with respect to the rights of taxation, which that body has been denied, and the inadequacy of the Government grant for the Zionist schools.
