The Ukraine frontier is astir with a lively movement of Jewish wanderers coming in and going out of the land.

Many of the Ukraine refugees who thought they would find in Roumania an asylum from their troubles can be seen trudging back to their Ukrainian homes, disillusioned, telling stories of great Jewish oppressions in Roumania.

The incoming movement of the returned refugees is accompanied by a continuous exodous of other Jews seeking new homes outside of the Ukraine.
