### of the Jewish name, in particular there who have slandered the memory of Dr. Rathenau, the murdered Jewish Foreign ###, are being tried in various courts of Prussia and ###. Henry ### are being imposed on those found guilty of inciting ### the Jew. In one case a sentence of nine months’ ### was imposed, and in another the convicted man was sentence to pay $10,000 marks fine.

Importance is attached to the verdict of the latter case because the trial took place in a German People’s ### in Bavaria.
