Warsaw Rabbis Plan Meatless Days

The continued advances in the price of meat has become so serious a matter that the Warsaw Rabbinate is considering steps to meet it. The rabbis intend to introduce two meatless days a week, by which device they hope to so reduce the demand for meat, as to cause a reduction in its price.
