Special Moscow Visas Eliminated

The People’s Commissariat of Nationalities, at the suggestion of the Idgescom (All Russian Jewish Relief Committee), has ordered that emigrants from all parts of Russia and the Ukraine passing through Moscow an route to America will hereafter not require a special Moscow visa on their pasports.

The Idgescom has also opened an office in Moscow where passing emigrants make their headquarters during their stay in Moscow.
