Sir Herbert Samuel, High Commissioner for Palestine on leave here since early June, yesterday received a delegation of spokesmen for the Palestine Arabs who are waiting here to see the Colonial Secretary, the Duke of Devonshire, to lodge another protest against the Zionist policy.

Sir Herbert left for Italy where he will spend the rest of his vacation. He will be gone, it is expected, until the middle of September when he will return to his post in Jerusalem.
