Roman Dmowski, Polish Minister for Foreign Affairs, has addressed a new note to the German Central Government protesting against the persecution of Polish Jews and demanding the punishment of officials implicated in the disturbances in Berlin and Zunich, besides asking compensation for Jewish families, it is reported in official Polish circles here.
