The Government is considering a draft of a naturalization law where in provision is being made for the automatic naturalization of Ottoman subjects. Residents other than former Ottoman subjects may be naturalized only two years after filing an application. No special facilities are offered Jews who in the main are not citizens of the former Ottoman Empire.
