Exports from Palestine to United States Greatly Increased

The exports from Palestine to the United States were 34 times as much in 1923 as in 1921, and equalled 22% of the total exports from Palestine. In 1921, the imports amounted to 10,324 pounds and in 1923 they had jumped to 340,600 pounds. The main articles of export were wine, oranges, water holons, soap, wheat, lentils, beans, sosamo and almonds.

The principles articles of import for 1923 were cotton goods, parrafin oil, animals, potatoes, flour, tobacco and motor cars.
