James Levy, the seven year old son of Supreme Court Justice Aaron Levy, died yesterday at his home. 214 West End Avenue, of sleeping sickness, which followed an attack of measles. Specialists said it was the first instance in this country of sleeping sickness appearing after measles. The boy became ill with measles two weeks ago. He seemed to have passed out of danger, when eight days ago he fell into a sleep from which he never awoke.
