All preparations have been made for the nomination of Senator Robert S. La Follette for the Presidency on a third party ticket. The convention of this proposed party is opening tomorrow at Cleveland.
It is the general opinion in the progressive circles, which are responsible for the calling of this convention that LaFollette’s running-mate, for the Vice-Presidency, should be Justice Louis D. Brandes of the United States Supreme Court. Senator La Follette and Justice Brandeis are old friends, both in political and social life.
