Resolution to Repeal Numerus Clauses Defeated

A resolution, introduced in Parliament, to abolish the Numerus Clauses Act, limiting the number of Jews to be admitted to the universities, has been defeated. Count Klebelsberg. Minister of Education, led the opposition to the resolution.
