That the matter of the Rutenberg concession will not be reviewed by the International World Court at the Hague, as it was recently reported, is the denial made by the President of that body, in an exclusive interview with the correspondent of the J.T.A. today. It was previously reported by the anti-Zionist “Daily Telegraph” that a group of international capitalists were contesting the right of Rutenberg to the Palestine concession, and that they had brought the matter before the tribunal of the International World Court.
