A mock trial against the Yevsekzie, the Jewish section of the Communist Party, which will serve to bring out their condemnation of that element of Russian Jewry, is being arranged for the first of March by the Russian Jews in Berlin who arrived here a few weeks ago, after being expelled from Russia. The President of the Court will be Dr. Trivus and the Counsel for the Prosecution will be Dr. Fisher. The remaining members of the group of deportees will act as witnesses. Schechtmann will be the counsel for the Defense.
