Herman Bernstein, editor of the Jewish Tribune, will appeal from Judge Knox’s decision, vacating and setting aside the order of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, under which the sum of $115,000 which Henry Ford had on deposit in a New York bank was attached pending the outcome of the trial of libel suit which Mr. Bernstein has instituted against the automobile manufacturer.
