In the suicide of Adolph Previsor was revealed another tragedy resulting from the expulsion policy of the Austrian Government. For sixteen years Previsor was a resident of Vienna, marrying a Viennese and establishing himself there. When he was ordered to leave Vienna within twelve hours he tried unsuccessfully to have the order of deportation postponed for one day. Failing that, he hung himself.
