Sir Alfred Mond May Assume Leadership of Liberal Party in England

Persistent rumors are afload that Sir Alfred Hond, former Minister of Public Works in Lloyd George’s cabinet, will succeed to the leadership of the Liberal Party. He is regarded as the only possible savicer of the party. Possessing great brain-power, and popularity, it is believed, that when he is elected to Parliament, he will be chosen as the official leader of the party there.

Sir Alfred Hond has already consented to run for Parliament at the next election, and meanwhile is at the head of the campaign for the Liberal Party candidates in the country.
