Mr. Zakka, editor of the Arab paper “Annafir” of Haifa, has asked the Vaad Leumi (National Council or Jews in Palestine) to arbitrate in a dispute which has arisen between him and several leading Jews in Haifa. The Vaad Leumi has agreed and has appointed Messrs. Ordstein, Pewsber and Shewulli as arbitrators.
