Jewish leaders in Illinois and seven neighboring states last night at a conference of the B’nai B’rith $2,000,000 campaign underwrote $800,000 as the Middle Western share of the drive.
David S. Komiss, sixth district chairman, presided at the conference. Rabbi Louis Mann of Sinai Temple and James G. Becker are directing the Chicago and Illinois campaigns. Leonard Grossman, assistant Chicago corporation counsel, is secretary of the state group.
