Certain measures of relief for the Jewish unemployed in Poland was provided by order of Minister of Public Works Moraczewski, the first premier of the new Poland.

Moraczewski in his circular urges the Wojewodas, the local governors, to admit Jewish unemployed in the state and communal public works.
