Plan to Settle Unemployed Jews in Ural Region

A plan to settle Jews from the Ukraine and White Russian who are unemployed, in the Ural industrial sections, is being furthered by the Ort, society for the promotion of trades and agriculture.

The plan is to send unemployed Jews to the sections where there is a short-age of artisians. An artisans’ commission is preparing a plan for this settlement work, with the cooperation of the Ozet, society for the settlement of Jews.
