–An organization to be known as the League for Inter-religious Goodwill, to further better understanding and tolerance, is being organized here by representatives of Catholic, Protestant and Jewish organizations.

Dr. Peter Ainslie heads the Executive Committee. Others on the Executive Committee are Dr. Edward L. Israel, rabbi of the Bolton Street Temple; the Very Rev. Albert E. Smith, editor of the “Baltimore Catholic Review,” and Joseph P. Healy, representing Catholics and Waldo Newcomer, banker, and Dr. Ainslic, representing Protestants.

The league will be composed of 600 members. 200 from each religious group.
