Henry L. Yosell, president of Temple Beth El, Lynn, has announced that Dr. Julian Morgenstern, president of the Hebrew Union College of America, will officially install Rabbi Israel Harburg, spiritual leader of Temple Beth El, on Friday evening, December 7. The official dedication of the Temple will also take place during the same week at which Dr. Morgenstern will be a speaker. The guest-speakers will also include Hon. Frank G. Allen, governor-elect of Massachusetts, and Mayor Ralph S. Bauer of Lynn.
