Anti-semitic Hooligans Get Prison Sentence

Two Hitlerites, Faust and Fastenrath, were sentenced to two months imprisonment by the Elberfeld court. They were found guilty of mistreating a Jewish ex-soldier, Lowenstein. The court imposed a sentence of imprisonment, notwithstanding the fact that the district attorney pleaded for a small fine.
