Sokolow’s Son Was Political Exile Under Czarist Regime

The Polish press eulogized the late Henryk Sokolow, oldest son of Nahum Sokolow, Zionist leader. It is now recalled that during the Czaristic regime, Henryk Sokolow was arrested by the police on charges of political activity and was imprisoned for six months of the Warsaw fortress. Following his release he emigrated to Germany.
