Professor Prassolov, of the Leningrad Academy of Science, was commissioned by the International Soil Experts Congress, in session here, to undertake a survey of the Palestine colonization problem. He was requested to submit his report at next year’s session.
The decision was taken at the initiative of Dr. Hissing, Director of a Dutch Agricultural College.
