Warsaw Jew Leaves $50,000 for Ritual Baths

The amount of $50,000 was bequeathed to the Jewish community in Warsaw in the testament of Israel Snamirowski, who recently died here. The will stipulated that the fund is to be used for the construction of Mikvehs (ritual baths).

The executive committee of the Warsaw Kehillah decided to construct a modern people’s bath, including a Mikveh.
