The display of Yiddish signs over Jewish stores was again prohibited by a police ordinance

Recently the objection to Yiddish signs was removed, but the nationalistic youth could not view the square letters and tore down the signs. The Jewish merchants complained to the police, but no action was taken except to renew the prohibition.
