Reinstatement in his position for life was granted to a city official here, recently dismissed from his post for terrorizing a local Jewish butcher.

The National Socialists, anti-Semitic party, were granted a referendum on their demand, following the dismissal of city official Shwede. The city council was dissolved and in the new elections a majority of Hitlerites was returned.
