Arab Editor Fined and Exiled for Nebi Moussa Day Speech

A jail sentence of twelve days, a fine of $25 and exile to Nablus for one year have been meted out to Ichram Saitar, editor of the Arab paper “Meraat Al Schark.” published in Jerusalem, after an investigation of a speech of his on Nebi Moussa day.
