The All-Russian Central Executive Committee, the highest legislative body in the Soviet Union, which is now meeting here, has ratified the decision adopted by its Presidium on September 30th. to create a Jewish national territorial unit in Bureya by the end of 1933.
With this ratification the decree enters into full force. The Far Eastern Regional Executive Committee and the Comzet are instructed in the decree to prepare and submit to the Council of People’s Commissariats a plan of economic and cultural measures for the further development of the Bureya region.
