The Austrian government has granted permission to the Nazis throughout the country to arrange celebrations to mark Hitler’s victory in Germany, after receiving assurances from the Nazis that peace would be maintained.

A huge torchlight procession has been arranged for tomorrow evening in Vienna, in which 500,000 Nazis are expected to participate.

Special police guards will be stationed in the Jewish quarters of Vienna and at cafes as a precautionary measure, during the progress of the march.

The Austrian Nazis have announced a campaign to force new Parliamentary elections in Austria. In this fashion they hope to duplicate the success of Hitler in Germany.
