The Vaad Leumi, the Jewish National Council, in an excited meeting last night devoted to the question of the Jews of Germany, in which the delegates of the communal councils participated, decided to urge the British Government to open the doors of Palestine to Jewish refugees from Germany and to approach the League of Nations, the League societies and other international bodies with a request that as many German-Jewish children as possible be brought to Palestine.
