the matters that are to be discussed, are:

1. A Palestine committee.

2. An economic committee subdivided into four committees, for reconstruction work in Germany, emigration, relief outside of Germany and finances.

3. An academic committee for dealing with the problems of refugee scholars and teachers.

The invited organizations were requested to send not only delegates, but also experts on the various subjects to be discussed. A rapporteur has been provisionally appointed for each committee who will prepare material and proposals for discussion. The chairmen of the various committees will be selected from the body of the conference.
