A. Z. A. Moves to Popularize Hebrew Speech

A national program designed to popularize the Hebrew language has been adopted by the A.Z.A., the junior B’nai B’rith, it was announced.

The Hebrew essay contest sponsored by the organization will close on April 1. Keys will be awarded the first. second and third place winners. A. plaque will be awarded the chapter whose entrant wins first place.

The A.Z.A. has also established the “Dr. Brois D. Bogen Award,” to be given to the individual member who does the most each year toward the revival of the Hebrew language.

An international committee composed of members between sixteen and twenty-one has been appointed to work out a plan where-by A.Z.A. groups in various countries may correspond with one an-other in Hebrew.
