Bert Lytell and Phil Green to Produce New Lavery Play

Bert Lytell and Phil Green have formed a new producing firm and will offer as their initial production a play by Emmet Lavery, “The First Legion,” which will open in New York October 1. Rehearsals will start today under the direction of Anthony Brown, with the following cast: Charles Coburn, Pedro de Cordoba, Whitford Kane, John Litel, Harland Tucker, Harold Moulton, William Ingersoll, Tom Findlay, Philip Wood, Frank Thomas Jr. and Bert Lytell.
