Nazi authorities yesterday ordered confiscation of the Israelitische Familienblatt. Although no reasons were assigned for the action, it is believed due an editorial commenting on the six anti-Jewish “commandments” issued by Hitler’s deputy Rudolf Hess. The paper also criticizes a government order forbidding Jewish youth organizations from marching and from wearing distinctive uniforms.
