Col. Theodore Roosevelt has accepted an invitation to speak at a dinner to be given in honor of Ezekiel Rabinowitz, retiring secretary of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League, it was announced by James W. Gerard, former American Ambassador to Germany, chairman of the committee arranging the affair. The dinner will be held at the Aldine Club, 200 Fifth avenue, on October 17.
